2013 – A year to remember at Carolina Park
It was a year filled with tremendous progress and exceptional results for Carolina Park. To date, 122 new homes have been sold or placed under contract – and that number is sure to increase before year’s end. Our Builder Team has grew to include seven of the region’s very best home builders, and we launched two phases in Riverside, our custom homes neighborhood. Also, the Residents Club opened this summer, providing a refreshing oasis and meeting place for families and friends.
We’d like to extend our sincere thanks and warm holiday wishes to everyone who has chosen to call Carolina Park home, and to all who have helped us achieve levels of growth and success that exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to see what 2014 will bring.

Proud sponsors of 2013 Jingle Bell Run/Walk
This year’s Jingle Bell Run/Walk was a huge success, as nearly $30,000 was raised overall to help support efforts of the Arthritis Foundation. Our local 5K event had more than 500 participants young and old – decked out in holiday attire and jingling bells. Carolina Park was pleased to join Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital as hosts to part of the race route and to be a sponsor, handing out special rally towels at the finish line. Thanks to all involved in this wonderful annual event.
