Smythe Park development: Beekman Point

Beekman Point, the area just south of Pierce Pool, is currently being developed and the roads are paved.  These 15 homesites offer beautiful marsh and Wando River views and are expected to be released in the next month.  In addition, John Wieland and David Weekley homes will have new spring releases in Smythe Park. 

Daniel Island Park development: Ralston Creek Course

Development also continues in Daniel Island Park where 50 homesites, bordered by the 2nd, 12th, 15th and 16th holes of the Ralston Creek Course, will be released this spring.   These will include interior, golf, marsh and tidal creek vistas as well as social membership to the Daniel Island Club.
